Started as a pop-up for March Madness in 2021, Pie of the Tiger has grown to a permanent installation in the back of the Short North Tavern in Columbus, Ohio. Serving unique, square shaped pizzas inspired by Detroit and Sicily. Pie of the Tiger crust is a little denser than Detroit-style and we use provolone instead of Wisconsin brick cheese. Whether it's our rich tomato sauce, basil pesto, BBQ or ranch - the sauce is always on top of the cheese at Pie of the Tiger.
